We hired Inspired Home Design to stage our home before we put it on the market in June 2022 and we couldn't be happier with the results. Probably the best thing you can say about our original furniture is that it was eclectic. More truthfully, it simply didn't really look that great, pretty much a "before" project on what you'd see on HGTV. Once Vanessa and Michelle got through with it, the interior of the house was totally transformed.
The first step was Vanessa came through the house with her contractor, Arlin, and recommended changes to be made, including updating ceiling fans, light fixtures, installing recessed lights, etc. We didn't do everything she recommended but we did most. Vanessa coordinated all of the contracting work done by Arlin and his team, and provided all the quotes. The prices for the various jobs were very competitive, generally cheaper than other estimates I received from other contractors.
The bottom line is that the results speak for themselves. We received multiple offers and sold the house for $110K over list within 5 days for the highest price ever sold in our neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Attached are a few pics of the finished product. I definitely recommend using Inspired Home Design for updating and staging your home. I'm sure glad I did.

They helped stage our home for sale and did a fantastic job. Our house sold for well above asking and it had a lot to do with the quality of the staging. Inspired Home Design recently staged our house for sale and did it in a highly tasteful and decorative way. They provided furniture for the living room, bedrooms, basement, hallways, carpeting for the wood floors, art, mirrors, and really transformed the house interior into a beautiful appearance. They introduced creative colors and designs that accented the finishes in the house in a way that I did not expect. I can honestly say the house looked much better staged by this company than I ever had it while I lived there for 20 years. Highly recommended.
